Text Messaging Notifications Program

Action Health Platform sends a message when you get a new survey or workout. Typically, this results in two messages per month, but could be more if you request additional surveys or receive additional workouts.

You can text STOP to opt out of further notification messages - or change your preferences from your account 'Settings' page.
